The Myo Munchee is designed around one simple concept: chewing. Active chewing is a natural movement that helps support the muscles of the lips, face and jaws.

In a world of soft foods and busy routines, many of us aren't getting the kind of chewing our development relies on. The Myo Munchee provides a simple, structured way to build that habit back in.

From the neurosensory foundations of the BEBE and the early chewing habits of the MINI, through to supporting healthy oral function with the ADULT, each Myo Munchee is designed to meet the needs of a specific stage of development.

Made from flexible, medical-grade silicone, every device includes gentle gum-massaging prongs, while additional features such as tongue attractors and trimmable molar pads help accommodate changing needs across the range.

Are you in-between sizes?

When in doubt, we recommend sizing down - a more manageable fit works more effectively, and it's the better call during growth and transition phases when children often fall between sizes.

A smaller size is also often the right choice if your child:

Is small for their age, or has a narrow palate, crowding, or a history of tongue-tie

Struggles to keep their lips together, drools, or has lower oral tone

Mouth breathes, is a picky eater, or has oral habits like dummy, pacifier or thumb sucking

    The Myo Munchee BEBE is designed for babies aged 6–18 months. Use between 4–6 months is under practitioner supervision only.

  • How do I introduce the BEBE to my baby?

    BEBE works best when the experience is calm, positive and baby-led. Offer it when your baby is calm, settled and open to interaction, and allow them to hold, mouth and explore it in their own way.

    At first, your baby may simply hold, taste, mouth or explore the BEBE. That is part of the process.

  • How often should my baby use it?

    Keep it short and often - start with small moments throughout the day rather than one long session. If your baby is under the care of a practitioner, follow their guidance.

  • How do I clean and store the Myo Munchee?

    The Myo Munchee is made of medical-grade silicone with little prongs inside the arches, which massage the gums but may also capture food.

    After use, we recommend rinsing the Myo Munchee with fresh water. Then give it a good shake to get as much of the water off as possible, dry it off a little with a tissue, and store it in a location with good airflow to dry it out — just as you would a toothbrush.

    For an extra clean, you can occasionally clean with bicarb soda, rinse very well, and then place in just-boiled water for one minute.
